As an API Sponsored athlete I use API for everything I can. I have confidence in the quality of API. They do not use fillers and other crap to increase profit margins. Most of you already know I have my own methods of getting into shape. Its The SuperNatural Lifestyle and is my book. Blood Sugar and Insulin Manipulation: (Post Workout) – Dextrose sugar works great with my API Clean and pure whey or Beef Protein, Glutamine and 100% Creatine Monohydrate to completely refuel your muscles!

 

 

Post Workout Supplements: Here are a few supplements that will make sure that the insulin spike from the Dextrose will be transported to your muscles and not stored as fat! They are called insulin mimetics. It just means they help transport blood sugar. This is vital for performance. Muscles full of glycogen have the most shape.
